Please note the following booking terms and conditions prior to booking:
𝟮𝟰 𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲 You can book, reschedule, or cancel appointments up to 24 hours before the start time. Rescheduling and cancellations can be made online via your booking confirmation email up to 12 hours before your appointment time. Alternatively, just call, text, or email us. If you cancel with a minimum of 24 hours notice, you will receive a full refund.
𝗟𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝟮𝟰 𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲 If you need to cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged 30% of the consultation fee. This fee will be held as a credit towards a new booking for you, which must occur within one month of the missed appointment.
𝗡𝗼 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘄 If you fail to arrive for a scheduled appointment without notice, a fee of 50% of the appointment fee will apply.
𝗟𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗮𝗹 If time permits, we will do our best to ensure you receive the full consultation duration, however, this may not be possible as we'll need to prepare for the next client. Late arrivals will still need to pay the full fee for the booked consultation.
𝗨𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗰𝗶𝗿𝗰𝘂𝗺𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀 We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur, and exceptions can be made. If something unexpected arises, please text or email us so that we can do our best to accommodate you. As a small business, cancellations have a significant impact on us, so we're grateful for your business and appreciate your understanding
