Kinesiology

What is Kinesiology?

Kinesiology blends the wisdom of Eastern traditions—drawing from ancient Indian energy systems and traditional Chinese medicine—with Western muscle-testing techniques. This creates a safe, gentle, and non-invasive healing modality that complements any other health services you may already be using, including those provided by your GP.

Kinesiology is a powerful healing approach because it addresses all aspects of your being: physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. By targeting the root causes of your issues, rather than just the symptoms, Kinesiology can help you achieve lasting change.

I have just had the most amazing session with Thien. I feel like I have full clarity going forward on my issue. Highly recommend her for pretty much any type of issue you may have. Friendly, professional and very welcoming!”

How does Kinesiology work?

Kinesiology employs muscle testing as a bio-feedback mechanism to identify and clear sources of stress and blockages within your body.

Muscle testing allows us to bypass your conscious mind and tap into the wisdom of your subconscious, which holds all the emotions, experiences, and traumas you've ever encountered.

By clearing the stresses and blockages related to the issues we are addressing, kinesiology supports your body return to a state of balance and healthy functioning.

Who can benefit from Kinesiology?

Kinesiology offers benefits for everyone.

At Integrate Wellness, we provide Kinesiology consultations for individuals aged 6 and above.

While Kinesiology is also a fantastic modality for animals, we are currently offering consultations exclusively for humans. Please subscribe to our updates to be informed when Animal Kinesiology sessions become available.

How Kinesiology can help you

Kinesiology is not intended to diagnose or treat health conditions, nor should it replace professional medical treatment. However, it serves as a wonderful complementary therapy that can seamlessly integrate with other holistic therapies or treatments you are receiving from your registered medical practitioner or GP.

Through Kinesiology, we help to unblock any stresses or blockages within your subtle bodies and etheric energy systems, and help bring awareness to you of the root causes of your issues, thereby supporting your body to return to a state of health.

Some of issues that Kinesiology can help you with include:

  • Addictions and unwanted habits

  • Eating and weight management issues

What happens in a Kinesiology consultation?

Whether you’re new to Kinesiology or have some experience, we’ll begin our consultation with an overview of what Kinesiology can do for you.

We’ll discuss the specific issue you want to address and agree on a treatment strategy. As we progress, we’ll adjust this strategy based on what we discover during the session.

During a Kinesiology consultation, you’ll remain fully clothed, but we’ll ask you to remove your shoes as we may need to work on acupressure points on your feet. We’ll use your arm for muscle testing and may need to touch various acupressure points on your body. If you’re uncomfortable with anything, just let us know, and we’ll adjust the session to your needs.

We’ll use a variety of remedies, such as essential oils, flower essences, sound healing, colour therapy, energy work, affirmations, or crystals. If there are any remedies you'd prefer not to use, just let us know, and we’ll tailor the session to your comfort.
