Cancellation Policy

Appointments can be booked, rescheduled or cancelled at any time up to 24 hours before the start time - just use your booking link in the confirmation email or call/text us. Refunds will only be issued for appointments that are cancelled with a minimum of 24 hours notice. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, then your booking deposit will be retained and can be used as credit towards a new booking (valid for up to 12 months from the cancellation date). We are a small business and cancellations have a big impact on us so we thank you for your understanding.
